This is simple demonstration showing how to get the Phoenix at the very beginning of the game.
NO CHEATS and no mods were used. This is a completely legitimate game. PC Version 1.0

There are no edits in this video... what you see is what actually happened.
Here are the details: The video starts off as a new game... Carl is in the alley where Tenpenny and Polaski through him out of there police car. He only has $350.
First I found a couple of cops in a Police Car and hi-jacked their car. You'll notice that one of the cops pulls Carl from the vehicle without busting him, it happens from time to time... it seems that when the crime isn't that severe, one of the cops will try to bust Carl, and the other(s) walk around like nothing's wrong; in this case, the cop that pulls Carl from the Police Car without busting him is the cop that just mindlessly walks around, while the other cop is trying to bust him... some people call it a glitch, but it's not... also, it's not a cheat and it's not a mod.
I then started a Vigilante Mission.
The Phoenix will randomly appear as the Suspect Vehicle during the Vigilante Mission... it's very rare, but it does happen.
It took me about a dozen tries at starting and re-starting the game until one appeared... I didn't see any point in making the video any longer than it needed to be, so I only showed the attempt where the Phoenix actually appeared.
Also, driving away in the Phoenix, and then coming back to the Suspect will usually cause a new Phoenix to appear out of nowhere. Its a nice trick to use if you want to have more than one of them. I demonstrated this technique in this video.
It usually takes dozens of tries to get it to appear, so if you try it yourself, just be patient and keep trying, eventually it will appear as the Suspect Vehicle.

It's very rare to ... It's very rare to find the Phoenix in the? Vigilante mission. I got lucky.
How much is the ... How much is the chance of? finding it?
After you kill him ... After you kill him and he falls out the car the door opens but. If the door gets pushed closed it will lock. Both doors of that car are locked that's why you can't just hijack him. After u kill him a? lil scene will pass with you calling someone then it will say mission complete and that's when you get the car. To avoid having the door close make sure the car is on a good slope that gravity won't shut the door
I know a way to get ... I know a way to get the phenox 100% spawn chance BUT it's hard as hell to do. In the mission that you go from the 3rd city back to the 1st the last guy of that mission escapes in a phenox. You have to block him off with your car get out then? shoot him in the head while he is in the car so he can fall out and open the door

Zmoonchild: I tried ... Zmoonchild: I tried to find the Phoenix without cheats in beginning, but I couldn´t. The easy way is go to San Fierro Race. Drive it to garage and then get out.? Wait 25 seconds until the mission fails. And then you have and you can drive anytime you want!
